Guest 3.  Karen Hudson, Coordinator, GMO-Free Sonoma County, announces the kickoff party for launching the signature gathering to qualify a new 2016 County Initiative for the ballot “Healthy Farms and Families” on October 15, 2015 at the Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Bank in Petaluma 6-8:30pm.  Karen reports on the health danger of using the herbicide gyphosate as the World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer recently declared glyphosate to be  carcinogenic and the problems farmers have with pollen from GMO plants of neighboring farms contaminating their crops transgenically.
